Automate your connection requests on LinkedIn to grow your professional network and save yourself precious time.
This LinkedIn automation will help you to:
Auto connect with your leads to boost your profile & company visibility
Write personalized intro messages to greet people and give them a reason to accept
Generate new connections every day by setting the Phantom to launch repeatedly
All of this takes place in the cloud. So what does that mean for you? It means you don't need to have your browser open or your computer on for it to work. Get your results on autopilot.
Take note: LinkedIn limits the amount of connection requests you can send per week to 100, so the Phantom won't be able to send any more than this.
How to auto connect on LinkedIn
This Phantom will automatically send connection requests to a list of LinkedIn profiles in just a few easy steps.
Here's a tutorial to help you set up the LinkedIn Auto Connect Phantom:
Check out the Tutorial tab for a detailed written guide.
Take note:
The best results come steadily over time, rather than through spamming. Because we care about the safety of your account, we strongly suggest using this Phantom at a moderate rate.
LinkedIn limits you to sending 100 connection requests per week. To keep within this and automate efficiently, we recommend sending 20 connection requests per working day with this Phantom, spread out across several launches within working hours.
Do you first need to collect LinkedIn profile URLs?
Auto connecting with LinkedIn profiles usually comes in as the second step of a lead generation strategy. Not only can you automate the auto connecting itself, but you can also automate the process of finding the right profiles to build your network with. Obtain a CSV file of 1000+ LinkedIn profile URLs that fit your niche by making your targeting specific and choosing where to extract your leads from:
1. A LinkedIn search
Our LinkedIn Search Export Phantom will extract every profile found in the results of a LinkedIn search.
2. A LinkedIn group
The LinkedIn Group Members Export Phantom will export the most recent 2500 members of a LinkedIn group you're a part of.
3. Company employees
Using the LinkedIn Company Employees Export Phantom you can extract the list of employee profiles from a LinkedIn company page.
Take note: You can automate the entire connection sequence in one - from extracting profiles from a LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator search, or LinkedIn group, to sending invitations and monitoring who accepts your them - with our LinkedIn Search to Lead Connection Flow.
How to send a personalized message within your connection request
LinkedIn is a highly competitive network. LinkedIn automation done right will help you generate highly qualified prospects, and having a lot of connections will give your profile (and your content) much greater visibility.
To prepare the ground for the outreach you may want to follow up with, you can include messages within the connection requests you send. You can keep it personal by using placeholder tags to customize your message for every user. For example:
Hello #firstName#,
I noticed that you're working in sales and thought it would be good to get connected.
It's also good to know that you can send out invitations without including a message - sometimes this even tends to increase the acceptance rate.
Find more information about message customization in the Tutorial tab.
A note about LinkedIn limitations
LinkedIn implements different limitations for different users and may be running AB tests on certain features. We have noticed that some users may be limited to only 200 characters in their invitation messages, instead of the previous 300 characters. We recommend trying out your character limitations in a manual connection request before setting up the Phantom.
LinkedIn is also limiting the number of connection requests that can be sent with a message, where some users are limited to only 5 connection requests with a message per month. The limitations depend on your LinkedIn account, users with LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator accounts have higher limits than free LinkedIn users.
Take note: If you'd like to auto connect with Sales Navigator profiles, you can use our Sales Navigator Auto Connect Phantom. To extract, invite, and monitor who accepts your requests all in one, you can use our LinkedIn Search to Lead Connection Flow.
