If you're a recruiter or talent acquisition professional looking to streamline the hiring process, you're in the right place.
In this blog, you'll learn how quick and simple it can be to source top talent without intensive handiwork.
Check out our recommendations below.
Use case #1: Extract leads from a Sales Navigator search
1. Log in to your Sales Navigator account.
2. Open up the Sales Navigator Search Export Phantom.
3. Select "Use this Phantom" and follow the setup by clicking "Connect to LinkedIn."
4. In the "Searches to scrape" section, you can input a single Sales Navigator search. You can also input a spreadsheet made up of multiple URLs.

Note
If you'd like to export the results from a regular LinkedIn search, you can use our LinkedIn Search Export Phantom.
5. For the "Behavior" setup, it's helpful to know about LinkedIn's rate limits.
The advantage of having a Sales Navigator account is that you can scrape more users per search. However, we recommend that you spread it out over several launches throughout the day.
At the bottom of this page, you can access "Advanced settings" and name your results file.
6. In the "Settings" section, you can choose whether to launch the Phantom "Manually" or "Repeatedly." Click on the 3 dots per the screenshot below for advanced options on repeated launches.

The result?
After launching your Phantom, you will find your results file in CSV and JSON format under "Files."
Note
Copy and paste your results file into your Flow spreadsheet (step 1) and use it as the input for step 2.
This Phantom is brilliant for gathering your leads and turning them into contacts, perfect for the foundations of a solid recruitment strategy.
Use case #2: Search for the professional emails of the leads
Let's enrich your talent leads even further with the Professional Email Finder Phantom, which will extract all the emails from the results of your first Phantom.
1. Open up the Professional Email Finder Phantom.
2. Paste the link of your CSV results file. Alternatively, you can select "My Phantoms" and select the results file from your first Phantom directly.

3. In the "Behavior" section, choose how many rows of your results file you want to process simultaneously. If the field is blank, the Phantom will attempt to process all of them.
You can also name your results file in this section.
4. How to use our email discovery service.
This section enables the Phantom to scrape professional and verified email addresses.
To do this, the Phantom uses the full name and company name and checks its authenticity before providing you with accurate email information.
Although this service is not a must, it is handy when connecting with a large group of professionals. You can choose which service to use from the drop-down list.

5. Last but not least, you can configure your Phantom in the "Settings" section to run "Manually" or "Repeatedly." Then it's ready to launch!
The result?
You'll have successfully extracted the verified and accurate professional emails of your tailored Sales Navigator search, allowing you to connect and enrich your talent pool.
Note
Don't forget to copy and paste the link of your results file into your Flow spreadsheet step 2.
This Flow can continue to run in the background, saving to the cloud and keeping your data stored tidily in the same place.
Use case #3: Extract company employees on LinkedIn
If you don't have a Sales Navigator account, do not fret because we have a myriad of LinkedIn Phantoms designed to carry out the same processes.
Here are three great reasons for using the LinkedIn Company Employees Export Phantom:
You can extract up to 1000 LinkedIn employee profiles in one go
Connect with leads by sending requests via our LinkedIn Auto Connect Phantom
Enrich these leads by scraping profiles via the LinkedIn Profile Scraper Phantom
1. Log in to your LinkedIn account on your browser.
2. Open up the LinkedIn Company Employees Export Phantom.
3. Start the setup by clicking "Connect to LinkedIn." The Phantom will use your session cookie to access your LinkedIn account.
4. In the "Companies to process" section, you can input a single LinkedIn Company URL or use an existing results file by clicking on "My Phantoms" and selecting from the drop-down menu.
Hint
You can use the LinkedIn Search Export Phantom to gather your company URLs in one place!

5. In the "Behavior" section, you can choose how many employee profiles you intend to scrape per company and how many companies to scrape as per launch.
For a more refined search, you can head over to the "Advanced settings," where you can filter by job description.
6. In the final step, you can configure your "Settings" to have the Phantom run "Manually" or "Repeatedly," depending on your preferences.
The result?
You'll have your desired list of company employees, all kept nicely in one place.
By running your Phantoms repeatedly, this process will run smoothly and continuously in the background, thanks to everything at PhantomBuster being on the cloud.
Good to know
For you recruiters out there, you can leverage this Phantom, by chaining it to the LinkedIn Profile Scraper Phantom. This will scrape useful data such as email, current position, company info, education, and skills.
Once you've finished processing the Phantom, you can chain it to any available Phantom by clicking "See compatible Phantoms."
This can be found underneath your Phantom's results file on the launch page.
Conclusion
Whether you use one of our Flows, a single Phantom, or a chain of Phantoms, we've got you covered. Your hiring processes will run smoother!
