LinkedIn Auto Poster

Tutorial

  1. How to use the LinkedIn Auto Poster

PhantomBuster’s LinkedIn Auto Poster Automation lets you schedule and publish LinkedIn posts automatically from a list. This tutorial shows you how to configure and launch the Phantom to post on your personal LinkedIn profile.

    • Spreadsheet access: Google Sheets must be shared with “Anyone with the link,” and CSV files must be publicly accessible.

    • Plan limitations: Uploading a CSV as input is only available on paid plans. Free plans are limited to 10 rows of export data and cannot access JSON or download links.

    • Supported content: This Phantom works with personal profiles only (no company pages). It supports text and links, but not images, videos, or reposting existing content.

    • Safety: Avoid scheduling too many posts in a short timeframe; spread posts during working hours for best results.

    • Resources: The Phantom consumes 1 slot and takes approximately 20 seconds per post.

    1. Prepare your post list (Google Sheet or CSV): Create a sheet with one post per row. Share the Google Sheet with “Anyone with the link” or provide a publicly accessible URL for a CSV file.

    2. Connect your LinkedIn account: Install the PhantomBuster browser extension and connect your LinkedIn session in one click. If not using Chrome or Firefox, retrieve your session cookie manually.

    3. Provide your post content to the Phantom: Paste your spreadsheet URL in the setup. By default, the Phantom reads column A, or you can specify a different column header name.

When selecting a column, use the column header text (row 1), not column letters like A or B.

    4. Choose how many posts to publish per launch: Set the number of posts to send per run (e.g., 1–2). Leave this blank to process all rows, though smaller batches are safer.

    5. Select launch frequency: Choose to run manually, on a schedule, after another Phantom, or with advanced scheduling.

    6. Optional: Adjust advanced settings: Defaults are optimized, but you can change execution limits, proxies, or notification settings if your use case requires it.

    7. Launch and review results: Click Launch. After completion, review published posts in the Results tab and download the data as CSV or JSON.
