How to use the Sales Navigator List Export
PhantomBuster’s Sales Navigator List Export Phantom extracts leads or accounts from LinkedIn Sales Navigator lists into downloadable results. This quick tutorial covers setup, limits, and how to launch and collect your data.
Input requirements: This Phantom accepts Sales Navigator list URLs only. Sales Navigator search URLs are not supported.
Safety limits: We recommend extracting a maximum of 2,500 results per day to ensure account safety.
Platform limits: Sales Navigator displays a maximum of 2,500 leads or 1,000 accounts per list. This is a LinkedIn limit, not a PhantomBuster limit.
Free plan limitations: CSV exports contain only the first 10 rows. CSV/JSON download links and CSV file uploads are not available.
Resources: Uses 1 slot. Estimated execution time is approximately 40 seconds per 100 results.
Note that if left empty, the Phantom extracts 250 results by default. If the Phantom doesn't finish extracting all results during one launch, it will automatically resume from where it left off during the next launch. No duplicates will be exported.
Connect your Sales Navigator account: Install the PhantomBuster browser extension to connect your session automatically. If you are not using Chrome or Firefox, use the manual cookie method found in the cookie guide.
Keep your browser up to date. Outdated browsers can cause session cookies to expire quickly, requiring frequent reconnection.
Provide Sales Navigator list URLs: Paste a single list URL or provide multiple URLs via a Google Sheet. If using a spreadsheet, ensure the list URLs are in the first column with a header row.
When using Google Sheets, make sure the file sharing settings are set to "Anyone with the link."
Configure extraction limits: Set the number of items to extract per launch (default 250) and per list (default 1000). If processing multiple lists, specify how many lists to process per launch.
If a run does not finish a list, the Phantom will resume from where it left off in the next launch without creating duplicates.
Set Advanced settings (optional): Keep duplicate removal enabled to avoid overlapping profiles between lists. You can also enable Watcher mode to process the same list repeatedly.
Watcher mode works only with a single list URL (not spreadsheets) and exports only new profiles added since the last run.
Configure result file settings (optional): Optionally name your results file or select specific fields to keep in the final CSV.
Renaming the results file between launches will create a new file and restart processing from the beginning of the list.
Select launch frequency: Choose to run the Phantom manually, schedule it for a specific time, or set it to repeat at regular intervals.
Adjust global Advanced settings (optional): Leave these at their default values unless you need to configure specific proxies, webhooks, or notification settings.
Launch and retrieve results: Click Launch. Once the process completes, view your data in the Results tab or download the CSV/JSON file.
