Create a list of contacts in HubSpot to monitor
Go to your HubSpot account and follow the instructions in this article to create and configure a list of contacts to monitor. For example, you might want to monitor your existing customers or your lost qualified deals.
Choose the HubSpot Contact Career Tracker in PhantomBuster

Track the progress of your monitoring in HubSpot
Contacts who have moved to a new company are flagged with the property "No longer at company = true."
When a company change is detected, a new contact is created and linked to the old one. This new contact is enriched with their updated professional email, the start date at the new job, and properties that capture the previous lifecycle stage, job title, and company.
