  1. Connect to LinkedIn using PhantomBuster's browser extension

    This automation acts on your behalf on LinkedIn. The safest and most efficient way for the Phantom to connect to your account is by using your session cookie, which you can retrieve using PhantomBuster's browser extension. It's a simple 2-click installation:

    If you're operating from another browser, you can find your cookie manually.

  2. Select which type of alerts you want to export

    Choose the type of alerts you want to export by clicking on the checkbox. Alerts can come either from the Leads or Accounts that you have saved in your Sales Navigator Account.

    For Leads, you can export:

    • Career changes

    • Lead engagement

    • Lead news

    • Lead shares

    • Suggested leads

    For Accounts, you can export:

    • Account growth

    • New decision makers

    • Account news

    • Account updates

    • Suggested leads

    • Account risk

    In the next step of the setup, you can choose to only include alerts from after a specific date by giving your date in the following format: MM-DD-YYYY - e.g. 01-27-2023.

    Take note: By launching your Phantom repeatedly, it will continuously check for new alerts so you can stay up to date.

  3. Set the Phantom on repeat

    Automation always produces better results in the long run. Set the Phantom to launch repeatedly and get results while you're away!

    This Phantom runs from the cloud, which means you don't even need to have your browser open or computer on for these launches to happen.
