Step-by-step guide

  1. Set up your dynamic search: Use Sales Nav dynamic filters (like ‘Posted on LinkedIn’) to find recently active prospects. Copy the URL.
  2. Automate dynamic extraction using our ‘Watcher mode’ feature: Use the Sales Navigator Search Export automation. Paste your search URL. In the settings, enable the ‘Watcher mode’ and set the Phantom to launch repeatedly (e.g., once per day).
  3. Automate outreach to fresh leads: Use the LinkedIn Outreach automation. Input the result of your previous Phantom. Craft your personalized connection request and schedule follow-up messages.
  4. Launch the workflow: Activate both Phantoms. The Search Export will run daily to find new leads, and the Outreach Phantom will automatically process and contact them.
