Connect to LinkedIn using PhantomBuster's browser extension
This automation acts on your behalf on LinkedIn. The safest and most efficient way for the Phantom to connect to your account is by using your session cookie, which you can retrieve using PhantomBuster's browser extension. It's a simple 2-click installation:
If you're operating from another browser, you can find your cookie manually.
Give the URLs of the LinkedIn profiles or posts you're interested in
You have two options with this Phantom - you can either give the URLs of LinkedIn profiles whose posts or articles you want to auto like, or the URLs of specific posts or articles themselves.
There are two ways you can give these URLs:
1. Process a single profile/post
Copy the LinkedIn profile/post URL and paste it into your Phantom's setup.2. Process multiple profiles/posts
Create a spreadsheet with Google Sheets. Copy the LinkedIn profile/post URLs and paste them into your spreadsheet - one URL per row, all in column A.Make this spreadsheet public so PhantomBuster can access it.
Copy the spreadsheet URL and paste it into your Phantom's setup.
Take note: If you would like to process posts from a LinkedIn company page with this Phantom, you will need to use the specific company post URLs rather than company page URLs.
Choose how to react to the posts
This Phantom will react to LinkedIn posts on your behalf with the reaction you choose:
Like
Celebrate
Support
Love
Insightful
Curious
Alternatively, you can unlike posts by checking the "Unlike posts" option.
Keep checking back for new posts to like
With the "Watcher mode", this Phantom will reprocess your profile URLs each time it launches and like another post from the profile.
If you choose this option and want to only like the latest posts from the profile (rather than having the Phantom like older posts than the one you've already liked), you should also check the "Like/unlike only the latest post" option. This way, the Phantom will only find any new posts that have appeared since its last launch to like.
Specify the number of likes to process per launch
Tell the Phantom how many lines of your spreadsheet you would like it to process each time it launches. If you're using profile URLs, you should also tell the Phantom how many posts from each profile you want it to like.
If the Phantom does not process all of the profiles or posts in your input spreadsheet during a launch, it will pick up from where it left off in the next launch.
It's always best to follow the recommendations given and not process too many at once in order to keep your account safe. If you want to automate in slightly higher volumes, we'd recommend using post URLs instead of profile URLs.
Set the Phantom on repeat
Automation always produces better results in the long run. Set the Phantom to launch repeatedly and get results while you're away!
This Phantom runs from the cloud, which means you don't even need to have your browser open or computer on for these launches to happen. For more automatic launch options, click on the three little dots in the top right and "Show advanced settings."
