How to use the LinkedIn Auto Invitation Withdrawer
PhantomBuster’s LinkedIn Auto Invitation Withdrawer Automation helps you quickly remove pending LinkedIn invitations you have sent. This tutorial covers the essential setup steps to withdraw invites in bulk or from a specific list.
Required inputs: LinkedIn session cookie; optional list of LinkedIn profile URLs.
Safety limits: Do not withdraw more than 50 invitations per launch to reduce the risk of LinkedIn restrictions. Space launches over time.
Limitations: Only pending invitations you sent can be withdrawn; accepted connections and page follower invitations are not supported.
Free plan/trial limitations: CSV exports include only the first 10 rows; CSV download links and JSON exports are not available; CSV upload as an input method is not supported.
Resource usage: 1 slot; approximately 15 seconds per invitation.
Decide withdrawal mode: Choose between bulk clean-up of your oldest pending invites or a targeted withdrawal by providing specific LinkedIn profile URLs.
Configure withdrawal settings: Set how many pending invitations to keep (default 1000; set to 0 to withdraw all) and the number to withdraw per launch (default 10, max 50).
If you supply a list of profile URLs, only invitations to those profiles will be withdrawn; other pending invites remain untouched.
Connect your LinkedIn account: Use the PhantomBuster browser extension for one-click connection, or manually add your LinkedIn session cookie if not on Chrome or Firefox.
Keep your browser updated; outdated browsers can cause session cookies to expire quickly and require frequent reconnection.
Select launch frequency: Choose to run the Automation manually, at a specific time, on a schedule, after another Phantom, or with advanced scheduling options.
Optional: Adjust advanced settings: Leave defaults unless needed, or fine-tune execution limits, retries, notifications, proxies, webhooks, and file management.
Launch and review results: Click Launch, then review withdrawn invitations in the Results tab. Download results as CSV or JSON, or view them on the LinkedIn Leads page.
