LinkedIn Company URL Finder

Tutorial

  1. How to use the LinkedIn Company URL Finder

PhantomBuster’s LinkedIn Company URL Finder Automation matches company names to their official LinkedIn URLs. This tutorial shows you how to set up and run the Automation efficiently.

    • Credits and resources: Each lookup uses 1 URL finder credit and 1 slot. Estimated execution time is approximately 1 minute 10 seconds per 10 companies.

    • Input requirements: Google Sheets must be shared with "Anyone with the link." CSV upload is available on paid plans only.

    • Free plan limits: CSV exports include only the first 10 rows. JSON exports and CSV download links are unavailable.

    • Match accuracy: Include the company location (e.g., "Topshop London") alongside the name to improve match results.

    1. Provide company names: Choose an input source: a saved LinkedIn Leads list, a single company name (optionally with location), a Google Sheet URL, a publicly accessible CSV file, or results from another Phantom. Select the region and language closest to your target.

The Automation reads column A by default; specify a column header name to use a different column.

    2. Configure processing and results: Set the number of companies to process per launch to cap activity. Optionally, name your results file.

Renaming the results file creates a new file and restarts processing from scratch. If inputs exceed the batch size, the Automation resumes from where it left off in the next run.

    3. Select launch frequency: Choose to launch manually, at a specific time, repeatedly on a schedule, or after another Phantom finishes. Spreading launches throughout the day helps keep activity natural.

    4. Adjust advanced settings (optional): Fine-tune options like execution limits, retries, notifications, proxies, and file management as needed. Defaults are recommended unless otherwise instructed.

    5. Launch and get results: Click Launch. After completion, check the Results tab for matched LinkedIn company URLs, and download or export the results as needed.
