Connect to Instagram using PhantomBuster's browser extension
This automation will act on your behalf on Instagram. The safest and most efficient way for the Phantom to connect to your account is by using your session cookie, which you can retrieve using PhantomBuster's browser extension. It's a simple 2-click installation:
If you're operating from another browser, you can find your cookie manually.
Note:
Every time you log into Instagram, a new cookie is created for that "session," so you must be logged in (and stay logged in) on your browser to provide a working cookie.Give URLs of the Instagram profiles you're interested in
You have two options:
1. Process a single profile
Copy the Instagram profile URL and paste it into your Phantom's setup.2. Process multiple profiles
Create a spreadsheet with Google Sheets. Copy the Instagram profile URLs and paste them into your spreadsheet - one URL per row, all in column A.
Make this spreadsheet public so PhantomBuster can access it.

Copy the spreadsheet URL and paste it into your Phantom's setup.
Keep checking back for new followers
Checking the "Watcher mode" option means that the Phantom will reprocess your profile URL each time it launches and extract any new followers that have appeared since its last launch, adding these to your already-extracted followers.
This feature is especially useful if you are working with profiles where Instagram only displays the latest 50 followers (a platform limitation). In these cases, the Phantom retrieves all 50 visible followers at launch, and Watcher mode allows you to gradually capture new followers as they appear.
Take note: This setting will only work when using a single profile URL as input.
Specify the number of followers you want
Tell the Phantom how many followers you'd like to extract from each profile.
Instagram allows you to extract a maximum of 5000-9000 followers every 15 minutes. However, some profiles only display 50 followers on the web version of Instagram. When this happens, the Phantom retrieves all 50 available, but no more.
This is an Instagram platform limitation, not a Phantom issue. To build a complete list over time, enable Watcher mode (see above) so the Phantom reprocesses the same profile on each launch and collects new followers as they appear.
If the Phantom does not scrape all of the followers of one profile during a launch, you can launch the Phantom again after 15 minutes. It will pick up where it left off and extract the next batch of followers (unless the profile itself is restricted to showing 50).Note:
This Phantom will only be able to pick up from where it left off in the middle of a follower list within the first 6 hours of processing a profile. After this, when it launches it will start from the beginning of the follower list again. How to use the Domain Name Finder
PhantomBuster’s Domain Name Finder Automation uses public search engines to find a company’s main website domain. This short tutorial walks you through setting inputs, processing options, scheduling, and retrieving results.
Matching limitations:
Returns one main domain (best match) per company. Country & Language settings guide search context but cannot strictly restrict results to specific TLDs (e.g., .fr).
Input requirements:
Google Sheets must be public (anyone with the link); CSV URL input is available on paid plans only. No session cookies are required.
Performance & Safety:
Processes ~14 domains per minute using 1 slot. Search engines may temporarily block shared IPs if requests are too frequent; if stopped, wait ~15 minutes or use a proxy.
Free plan limits:
CSV exports include only the first 10 rows. JSON exports, dynamic CSV download links, and CSV uploads as inputs are unavailable.
Provide the company names:
Choose an input source (My Lists, manual names, a Google Sheet/CSV URL, or My Phantoms), then optionally set Country & Language to guide the search context.
For spreadsheet/CSV inputs, the Phantom reads column A by default. To target a different column, specify its header name in the input settings.
Configure processing settings:
Add any domains to ignore, set how many companies to process per launch for spreadsheet/CSV inputs, and optionally rename the results file.
"Number of companies to process per launch" applies only to spreadsheet/CSV inputs (default 100). Renaming the results file between launches will create a new file and restart processing from scratch.
Select launch frequency:
Run manually, schedule a one-time run, launch repeatedly, trigger it after another Phantom, or use Advanced scheduling for precise timing.
Optional: Adjust advanced settings:
Keep defaults unless you need to fine-tune execution limits, retries, notifications, proxies, webhooks, or file management.
Launch and retrieve results:
Click Launch, then open the Results tab to view found domains and download or export your results.
For full details and configuration options, see the tutorial on the help center.
What are the limitations for the Phantom
Instagram imposes a limitation for some profiles where only up to 50 followers are visible on the web version. In these cases, the Phantom will retrieve all available followers at launch, but it cannot bypass Instagram’s restriction.
To capture new followers over time, enable Watcher mode in your setup.
