PhantomBuster’s LinkedIn Company Scraper Automation lets you extract public company details from LinkedIn company pages. This quick tutorial covers how to set up, run, and retrieve results from the Automation.

• Daily safety limits: Process up to 80 companies per day with a standard LinkedIn account, or 150 with Sales Navigator/Premium.

• Input requirements: Accepts regular LinkedIn company page URLs, numerical IDs, or school pages. Does not support Sales Navigator Account URLs, search URLs, or personal profiles.

• Spreadsheet access: Google Sheets must be shared with "Anyone with the link". CSV file upload is available on paid plans only.

• Free plan limitations: CSV exports are limited to the first 10 rows. JSON exports and dynamic CSV download links are unavailable.

• Execution cost: Processing takes approximately 20 seconds per company and uses 1 slot.

1. Choose which LinkedIn companies to scrape: Select your input source: a saved LinkedIn Leads list, a direct URL, a shared Google Sheet, a public CSV file (paid plans only), or results from another Phantom.

2. Connect your LinkedIn account: Install the PhantomBuster browser extension and connect your LinkedIn session in one click, or manually retrieve and add your session cookie.

   Keep your browser updated; outdated Chrome/Firefox versions can cause your LinkedIn session cookie to expire quickly, requiring frequent reconnections.

3. Configure Phantom behavior: Set the number of companies per launch, adjust delays, and choose whether to save logos, extract related companies, or scrape only the About page.

   • You cannot download more than 1,000 logo files at once in a ZIP archive.

   • Renaming the results file between launches creates a new file and restarts processing from the beginning of your list.

4. Select launch frequency: Choose to launch manually, schedule a recurring run, chain after another Phantom, or use advanced scheduling options.

5. Adjust advanced settings (optional): Change execution limits, retries, notifications, proxies, webhooks, or file management only if needed; defaults are optimized.

6. Launch and retrieve results: Click Launch. After completion, access the Results tab to view and download your data as CSV or JSON, or export to Google Sheets.

   • If data appears missing, it may be due to a LinkedIn loading bug; reduce the companies per launch and reprocess to recover it.

   • This Phantom extracts only public page fields (no emails or followers). Use the LinkedIn Company Follower Collector for follower data, or the Data Scraping Crawler for emails found on company websites.
