Will Workflows extract people outside my network? Yes. The workflow extracts all visible profiles except your own. If you prefer to target only 1st or 2nd-degree connections, you can filter them out in the "Filter" step.
How many profiles can be extracted daily?

If more than the daily limit of followers join, do they carry over? No, Workflows only extract the newest followers each day. It won’t resume from where it stopped.
