How to use the Sales Navigator Profile Scraper
PhantomBuster’s Sales Navigator Profile Scraper Automation helps you extract data from LinkedIn Sales Navigator profiles at scale. This tutorial covers the core steps to set up, launch, and retrieve results.
Safety limits: Process a maximum of 150 profiles per day. If email enrichment is enabled, reduce this to 75 profiles per day.
Input requirements: This Phantom accepts Sales Navigator profile URLs only. Google Sheets must be shared as "Anyone with the link"; CSV upload is available on paid plans only.
Free plan limits: CSV exports include only the first 10 rows. JSON exports and CSV uploads as input are unavailable.
Email credits: 1 credit equals 1 email discovery attempt. Credits reset monthly.
Visibility: This Phantom does not visit profiles, so they will not appear as "viewed" in Sales Navigator.
Choose which Sales Navigator profiles to extract: Select profiles via a saved LinkedIn Leads list, paste a Sales Navigator profile URL, link a Google Sheet (shared as 'Anyone with the link'), upload a CSV (paid plans only), or use data from another Phantom.
Connect your Sales Navigator account: Install the PhantomBuster browser extension and connect your Sales Navigator session in one click. If not using Chrome or Firefox, manually enter your LinkedIn session cookie.
Configure how many profiles to extract and behavior: Set how many profiles to extract per launch (default 10, up to 150) and optionally enable advanced features such as dwell time simulation, saving profile pictures, screenshots, extra details, and exporting similar leads.
Dwell time: Enabling "Simulate Sales Navigator’s dwell time" (~1 minute per profile) can help prevent logouts.
Image export: You cannot download more than 1,000 images per ZIP file when saving profile pictures.Enrich with professional emails (optional): Choose an email discovery service using PhantomBuster credits or connect a third-party service by API key. Not all profiles will return an email, and execution time may increase.
Select launch frequency: Choose to launch manually, schedule runs (one-time or repeated), launch after another Phantom completes, or use advanced scheduling options.
Adjust advanced settings (optional): Fine-tune execution limits, retries, notifications, proxies, webhooks, and file management if needed. Defaults are optimized for most users.
Launch and retrieve results: Click Launch. After completion, open the Results tab to view, download, or export your data as CSV or JSON, or integrate with other tools.
