Yellow Pages Business Scraper

Yellow Pages is still, in 2020, one of the most common places for salespeople to find the phone numbers and emails of their prospects. And that's understandable because all basic information is available there:

• Basic information: Name, address, industry.

• Contact information: Website, email address, phone number, social media pages.

This Phantom will help you be more efficient in your use of Yellow Pages by allowing you to extract all the data available on a page to a spreadsheet. You will then be able to build your prospect file in Excel or Google Sheets.

Important: This Phantom requires the use of a proxy located in the USA, as it relies on geolocation-based access to Yellow Pages. You can select a PhantomBuster proxy, HTTP proxy, or a random proxy from the pool, directly from the Advanced settings > Proxies tab in your Phantom setup.

Use cases

Extract specific businesses from a city or a region: This is a 2-step process. First, make your search on Yellow Pages: "Supernatural Elimination" in "New-York City, NY". Use Yellow Pages Search Export to extract every business resulting from this search. Then open this file with Google Sheets, and use the (public) URL of this list of businesses as an input for this Phantom. It will process each page one-by-one and gather all the results in one big file.

Extract specific businesses from multiple cities/regions: The same as above, except that this time, we'll start by making a list of Yellow Pages Search URLs in Google Sheets. Extract every result of each search with Yellow Pages Search Export. And once you're done, extract each business' details with this Phantom.
