How to use the Sales Navigator Profile Viewers Export
PhantomBuster’s Sales Navigator Profile Viewers Export Automation lets you extract your recent LinkedIn profile viewers directly from Sales Navigator. This quick guide covers setup, configuration, and how to retrieve your results.
Prerequisites: You must have a connected Sales Navigator account and a valid LinkedIn session cookie. Keep your browser updated to prevent session expiration.
Platform limits: LinkedIn caps the number of profile viewers you can see based on your subscription; the Phantom cannot extract viewers beyond what LinkedIn displays.
Safety: Run smaller daily launches during business hours to stay within platform limits.
Resources: Estimated execution time is ~45 seconds per 30 viewers. This Phantom uses 1 slot.
Free plan limitations: CSV exports include only the first 10 rows. JSON exports and direct CSV download links are unavailable.
Connect your Sales Navigator account: Install the PhantomBuster browser extension for Chrome or Firefox and connect your Sales Navigator session in one click. If you’re not using Chrome/Firefox, manually add your LinkedIn session cookie.
Configure how many viewers to extract: Enter how many profile viewers to export per launch in the "Number of profiles to load" field, or leave blank to load 100 by default. The Phantom resumes across launches without creating duplicates.
Select launch frequency: Choose to launch the Phantom manually, schedule a single or recurring run, trigger after another Phantom, or use advanced scheduling for specific times.
Adjust advanced settings (optional): Tweak advanced options like execution limits, retries, notifications, proxies, webhooks, or file management as needed, or leave defaults optimized.
Leave advanced settings at their defaults unless instructed otherwise.
Launch and retrieve results: Click Launch to start the process. After completion, review and download your data from the Results tab as CSV or JSON (plan permitting), or view as a dynamic list.
